1. Share your priorities

Your BOARD concierge is on hand to complete your profile with your role, challenges, business interests and what you want from BOARD.

2. Choose who you want to meet

Review recommendations and submit your preferences. Selections open weeks before you come on-site and we will only schedule a meeting when both participants have selected one another.

3. Arrive prepared

One week before BOARD, receive your confirmed schedule and a short brief for each meeting. Know who you are meeting and why the connection is relevant before you sit down.

4. Make the conversation count

Meet in the dedicated meetings area for focused 15-minute conversations, with time to move between appointments. Your BOARD concierge is there to help you find your table and handle schedule changes.

5. Partner 

Within 48 hours of the event, receive your BOARD breakdown and a chance to share feedback. Your BOARD concierge will be there to support you in following-up and keeping in touch with those you met.
