Irene Skrynova

Irene Skrynova is CEO, Global Payments at Unlimit, a fintech infrastructure company processing billions in payments worldwide. She leads the global payments processing business, bringing together product, technology and commercial teams to accelerate innovation and international expansion. Her focus is strengthening the platform that connects local payment expertise across emerging markets with the technologies shaping the future of global finance. Irene joined Unlimit in 2018 and has grown with the company, moving from Business Development Manager to Global Head of Customer Relations and then Chief Customer Officer in 2022. In that role she led a team of more than 70 people across EMEA, APAC, LatAm, Africa and India, expanding the company's international footprint and building strategic partnerships across global markets. Unlimit's founder and CEO, Kirill Eves, describes her as a key architect of its global growth. Earlier in her career she launched and scaled a crypto exchange, built affiliate partnerships at EXANTE and led PR for a leading marketing conference. Irene is a mentor with Women in Tech Global and a founding member of Chief, the private network for senior women executives.
