Maxime Aiach is Founder & President of Domia Group, one of France's leading personal-services businesses, which brings together Acadomia, Shiva and Nos Aimés. He founded Acadomia in 1989 after seeing demand for home tutoring grow while giving private lessons as a student, and pioneered the at-home tutoring model in France.

Today Acadomia is the country's leading education company, supporting around 150,000 students a year through 22,000 teachers and 110 centres. Shiva, launched in 2002, has grown into France's leading home-cleaning network, with more than 500 franchised agencies. Nos Aimés extends the group into home care for older people.

Over more than three decades, Maxime has led Domia through successive private equity partnerships, with Metric Capital, IK Partners and, since 2024, Cinven. He has also shaped the sector beyond his own companies. He was President of the FESP, France's leading federation of personal-services companies, and now chairs SYPEM. He has contributed to reforms including the instant tax credit for household services.

A graduate of emlyon business school, where he received the Leader Award in 2025, he contributes regularly to public debate on the future of personal services in France.
