Ondrej Vlcek

Ondrej Vlcek is a technology entrepreneur and cybersecurity leader who has spent three decades building products that protect people and organisations around the world. He is the founder and CEO of AISLE, an AI-native cybersecurity company building autonomous systems to discover and remediate software vulnerabilities. AISLE's technology has uncovered hundreds of previously unknown vulnerabilities in some of the world's most important software, and today ranks #1 on UC Berkeley's AI vulnerability discovery leaderboard. Previously, Ondrej spent nearly 30 years at Avast, joining as an intern and ultimately becoming CEO. He helped transform Avast from a small European software company into one of the world's largest cybersecurity businesses, protecting more than 400 million users globally. Following Avast's combination with NortonLifeLock, he served as President of the newly formed Gen Digital. Ondrej holds a degree in mathematics from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has spoken at major global technology conferences including RSA, Black Hat, Web Summit and SXSW.
