Robert Falck

Robert Falck is an engineer and entrepreneur, founder of Einride and cofounder and CEO of Navisalma Ventures, a European venture firm backing deep tech. In 2016 Robert founded Einride, with a mission to remove diesel trucks from the road. As CEO for nearly nine years, he built the Stockholm company into a global pioneer of autonomous and electric freight, earning recognition from Wired, Sifted, TechCrunch and the SKAPA Foundation. Einride signed freight contracts worth billions of dollars. He became Executive Chairman in May 2025. Robert now brings his experience of taking hardware from idea to commercial scale to Navisalma, which he cofounded with Linnéa Kornehed Falck and Robert Westerdahl. The firm combines seed investing with hands on company building, and has reported a target of deploying €450 million into robotics, industrial AI and energy over three years. Robert holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and bachelor degrees in Economics and Finance and in Business from the University of Gothenburg.
