Roozbeh Charli

As Chief Executive Officer of Einride, Roozbeh Charli leads one of the industry's most disruptive freight technology companies, providing digital, electric and autonomous solutions to decarbonise road freight. Using Einride's data-driven operating system, Saga, the company enables customers to shift from traditional freight operations towards digitalised, electric transport, in pursuit of its vision to make Earth a better place through intelligent movement. Roozbeh was appointed CEO on 21 May 2025, succeeding founder Robert Falck. This followed five years at Einride during which he built the company's operational infrastructure and commercial momentum across Europe and North America. He joined in March 2020 as head of finance and M&A, then serving as CFO, and from July 2023 as Deputy CEO and COO. Before Einride, he was Chief Operating Officer at Billhop. Under his leadership, Einride continues to expand its shipper-centric approach to integrating autonomous trucks into major logistics networks, with recent developments including an Amazon middle mile rollout and a partnership with DAF Trucks.
