Tim Kohn

Tim began his career at Amazon, where he was one of the company's first 20 software developers. Over 25 years, he played a pivotal role in Amazon's rapid expansion, leading teams of over 1,000 people during critical phases of the company's growth. Most recently, Tim served as Vice President of Video Experience Technology at Prime Video, with oversight of the Prime Video app across all platforms, commerce, content discovery, personalized recommendations, and content compliance. Before that, he was Vice President of Networking at Amazon Web Services, managing all aspects of the Amazon network, including network designs, hardware and software development, operations, and network interconnection business development. Prior to his Vice President roles, he oversaw product classification, product data management and the development of algorithmic techniques for enhancing data quality at Amazon.com. Tim is currently a guest lecturer focused on strategic innovation at London Business School and serves as a Product and Technology mentor at the Centre for Climate Change Innovation in London.
