Before Monaco: tell us what matters

Complete your profile and meet your named BOARD concierge. As the programme develops, you’ll receive a shortlist of relevant sessions, roundtables, social gatherings and eligible meetings, with a simple explanation of why each has been suggested.Choose what interests you and tell us when your priorities change. Your selections help shape your personalised itinerary that brings meetings, content and social time together. Your confirmed itinerary arrives one week before the event.

At BOARD: arrive with a plan and a person to ask

Your arrival information and agenda help you get settled. On-site, your BOARD concierge is there to welcome you, guide you to your next session, help with a meeting change or make an introduction. They are there to turn to throughout the event.

After BOARD: turn conversations into next steps

Within 48 hours, receive a personal recap of your meetings and the insights captured during your time at BOARD. Where participants have opted in, follow-up contact details help you reconnect. The team stays in touch, including a check-in around three months later to hear what developed.

 

Which programmes can I join?

All participants are included in the relevant programmes as part of their registration. It is only the hosted-buyer participation that requires approval. Your role and objectives determine whether you qualify. Every confirmed meeting across all meetings requires both people to agree.

Can I request meetings directly in the app?

You can still browse attendee profiles and exchange messages directly. All scheduled 1:1 meetings are arranged through the BOARD programmes, using our bespoke matching process and meetings team. If you want help with an introduction or a change on-site, speak to your BOARD concierge.

Will I meet everyone I select?

Selections express interest. Confirmed meetings depend on mutual interest, eligibility and availability. Your meeting selections are not guaranteed to happen, but every meeting that does is guaranteed to be confirmed mutually.

What if my plans change?

Tell your Connection Specialist as soon as possible. The meetings team manages schedule changes and rescheduling. Hosted buyers and providers should also check their programme’s attendance and cancellation terms.

Do I choose my own agenda?

Yes. The standard experience gives you recommendations and support while you choose the opportunities that interest you. For your meetings, you make selections on those you’re interested to meet, and we will organise a schedule of mutually matched meetings during your time. 

Can I attend every roundtable or dinner?

Small-group experiences are curated to keep them relevant and useful. Access depends on your pass, the topic, group fit and available places. Your concierge can help you understand the options open to you.

What if I am coming on my own?

Let your BOARD contact know what would help you feel at home. Your recommendations give you places to start, and the on-site team can help you meet people with shared interests.

How do I get better recommendations?

Be specific about the decisions, opportunities and challenges on your mind. Keep your profile current and tell us when a suggestion misses the mark. That gives us a better basis for the next introduction.
