Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Payment is due in full at the time of registration, and your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations
If you cancel your paid pass on or before 20 January 2027, we will refund your fee in full. From 21 January 2027, the full fee remains payable and no refund can be made. All cancellations must be made in writing to delegates@boardsummits.com.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid pass free of charge to a colleague from the same organisation, provided they qualify for the same pass type. Substitutions can be made up to 7 March 2027 by emailing delegates@boardsummits.com.

BOARD passes are released in tiers. Each tier lasts until the next milestone, at which point the price increases. Early registrants secure the best rates.
