The evidence is clear - diverse boards make better decisions. When leadership teams bring together a wider range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, the quality of governance improves, and so do the outcomes for the businesses they oversee.

Yet across Europe, board composition remains stubbornly narrow. Progress on diversity at executive and non executive level has been slow, and for many growth-stage businesses, the structures and networks that would support a more diverse board simply do not exist.
